Flavor it with a tablespoon of sherry or wine vinegar, depending on your preference, and combine it all with four tablespoons of quality extra virgin olive oil. Finally, season it with salt, freshly ground pepper, and if you like a bit of a kick, add a pinch of hot pepper. It's quick, with minimal effort, but with maximum effect – a great dip, sauce, or spread is ready in no time.
