When will my order arrive?

Order change
It is not possible to change an already paid order, as a tax invoice has been issued for it. Cash on delivery orders can be changed, please send us an email with your order number and the products you want to add.

I did not receive the order confirmation email
If you did not receive the order confirmation email, first check your "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folder, where the email may have been mistakenly classified. If you find it, mark it as "Not spam". Also check the "Promotions" or "Advertising" folder, especially if you use Gmail or similar services. Also make sure that the email address entered during the order was correct – an error in the address could be the reason for non-delivery. If you still cannot find the email after these checks, do not hesitate to contact our customer service, which will be happy to help.
