Shipping Options

Orders received by 2pm are shipped immediately, delivery to most countries is 1-2 business days. Goods are delivered by Packeta or GLS.
All information about current shipping can be found in the delivery and payment section before you submit your order.

We deliver goods through external companies. Topshelf Ltd is not responsible for goods during transit and cannot guarantee compensation for damage caused by carrier mishandling. The buyer is obliged to inspect the received shipment to check if the packaging is not damaged and if everything is in order, to accept the shipment. In case of any defects, report everything immediately to the carrier itself. Please do not accept damaged shipments under any circumstances. All shipments are sealed with security tape, so if the tape is broken, refuse to accept the shipment. By accepting the shipment, the buyer confirms that the shipment has met all conditions and any subsequent claims related to the shipment will not be considered.
