About the Brand

Miyake Design Studio was founded by Issey Miyake on 11 April 1970. The first fragrance, L'Eau d'Issey, was created in 1992 as a joint project between the studio and the French company Beauté Prestige International. The men's fragrance line L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme followed in 1994, with Jacques Cavallier as its perfumer.

The balm is part of the Issey Miyake men's fragrance line launched in 1994.
