About the Brand

Moncler was founded in 1952 in the mountain village of Monestier-de-Clermont near Grenoble. It was established by René Ramillon and André Vincent, with the brand name being an abbreviated form of the village's name. Moncler originally produced functional protective clothing for mountain conditions. The brand's first fragrances, Moncler Pour Femme and Moncler Pour Homme, were launched in 2021.
