4711 Acqua Colonia Amber Mandarin is a spicy citrus eau de parfum for women and men. Its interpretation of the bittersweet citrus fruit pays homage to the brand's origins and is part of the Acqua Colonia Collection Absolue line.

The fragrance was launched in 2023 and its composition was created by perfumer Miro Branimir Senjak. It has an Eau de Parfum concentration.

• Heart: black cardamom, iris and osmanthus absolute.
• Base: balsamic amber accord, patchouli and musk.
• Origin of selected ingredients: green mandarin oil comes from Italy, black cardamom from Guatemala.

The signature composition is built on a precisely defined pyramid of notes and works with mandarin oil from Italy and cardamom from Guatemala.

Application

The eau de parfum is fitted with a Natural Spray atomiser. The manufacturer recommends applying it to pulse points, specifically the neck, temples and wrists.

The origins of the 4711 brand date back to 1792. Its founding is associated with merchant Wilhelm Muelhens, who opened a small production facility on Glockengasse street in Cologne. The name 4711 derives from the house number assigned to the building during the French occupation in 1794. The designation was registered as a trademark in 1875.

The brand is part of the Mäurer & Wirtz company and is sold in more than 65 countries. The Acqua Colonia Collection Absolue received a gold German Brand Award in the Excellent Brands – Beauty & Care category in 2025.
