TePe Compact toothbrush Extra Soft is a manual toothbrush for those looking for extra soft bristles, a compact head, and a flat handle. It belongs to the Compact range and comes in a single-colour design.

Key benefits

• Extra soft bristles are labelled Extra Soft or X-Soft.
• The compact head has the shape of a rounded triangle.
• The bristles are trimmed straight.
• A flat handle completes the toothbrush construction.
• In a professional study, the head contained 30 bristle tufts.

Its bristles also showed the greatest homogeneity and smoothness of edges in the given comparison.

You thus get an X-Soft toothbrush that combines extra soft, straight-trimmed bristles with a compact, rounded triangular head.

Packaging and dimensions

• Total length measured in a professional study: approximately 17.6 cm
• Head dimensions measured in the study: approximately 22.5 × 9.64 mm
• Bristle length measured in the study: approximately 9 mm

The dimensions confirm the compact design of the head within the Compact range manual toothbrush.

About the brand

The origins of the TePe brand date back to 1965, when it introduced a triangular wooden toothpick. It was founded by woodcarver Henning Eklund, who created the design with the scientific support of two professors from the dental faculty in Malmö.

TePe is a family company and all its production takes place in Malmö, Sweden. It develops oral hygiene products and solutions in collaboration with dental professionals.
