Use and Dosage

Choose the correct size and do not force the brush into the interdental space. Clean the space with a back-and-forth motion. Between the back teeth, you can work from both the outer and inner sides of the dentition.

Use the brush every day. Rinse it with clean water during and after cleaning. Replace it approximately once a week, or sooner if the bristles wear out or the wire becomes deformed.
