Use and Dosage

Use the interdental brush once a day, preferably in the evening in front of a mirror. When inserting it, rotate it slightly and then move it back and forth several times.

Rinse the brush during and after cleaning. Do not use regular toothpaste with it, as it contains abrasive particles. Replace the brush once the bristles are worn.
