About the Brand

Parfums de Marly was founded by Julien Sprecher in 2009. The brand's fragrances are produced in France and draw inspiration from French perfumery and the splendour of the 18th century. They combine traditional perfumery techniques with a contemporary approach, without following short-lived trends.

The brand's identity is rooted in the symbolism of period coats of arms. The equestrian motifs in the emblem reference the Marly Horses sculptures, commissioned in 1743 by Louis XV from sculptor Guillaume Coustou. The brand also declares the use of upcycled ingredients and green chemistry principles with the aim of preserving precious raw materials and natural resources.

Haltane thus unites French craftsmanship with historical inspiration and a contemporary vision of perfumery.
