• Top: Sicilian mandarin.
• Heart: jasmine absolute, ylang-ylang from the Comoros Islands and Tunisian orange blossom.
• Base: Indonesian patchouli, benzoin and tonka bean.
• Concentration: Eau de Parfum.
• The first three items in the published INCI are alcohol, fragrance composition and water.
• The INCI further lists, among others, bergamot peel oil, patchouli and sandalwood oil, ylang-ylang, jasmine and rose extract.

The composition allows you to assess in advance the combination of the citrus note, the trio of floral ingredients and the base of patchouli, benzoin and tonka.

Application

About the Brand

Chanel was founded by Gabrielle "Coco" Chanel in 1910, when she opened the Chanel Modes millinery boutique on rue Cambon in Paris. A boutique in Deauville followed in 1912, and in 1915 the first Chanel couture house was established in Biarritz, employing 300 workers.

The brand's first fragrance, CHANEL N°5, was created in 1921 in collaboration between Gabrielle Chanel and perfumer Ernest Beaux. Société des Parfums CHANEL was founded in 1924 for the production and sale of perfumes and cosmetics; Ernest Beaux became the house's first in-house perfumer at that time. Chanel does not test its finished fragrances, make-up or skincare products on animals, except where required by law.
