The liquid oxidant Oxidant 3% 10vol. Liquid is used to stabilize RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash tints. The oxidant is mixed with the tint to achieve the desired coloring effect. A 100 ml pack lasts for approx. 200 applications. For professional use only! Eyes must remain closed until completely cleaned! Use: First, remove makeup and degrease the eyelashes and eyebrows using RefectoCil Eye Make-up Remover for the best effect. The eyelashes and eyebrows must be perfectly clean and dry. Then use Aldiren Beauty & Elegance protective pads, apply RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream Tube to the lower eyelid as well as to the underside of the protective paper. Place the protective paper as close to the lashes as possible so that as little tint as possible gets onto the skin. In a plastic bowl, mix 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant liquid with 2 cm of RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow tint using the enclosed stick. Apply the tint to the eyelashes using the RefectoCil stick or the angled RefectoCil Cosmetic Brush until they are completely covered. If applying the tint to the eyebrows, apply it using the RefectoCil stick or the angled RefectoCil Cosmetic Brush in the direction of hair growth. Leave on for 5–10 minutes, depending on the intensity you want. Wipe off any excess tint with cotton. If the tint gets on the skin, remove it quickly with RefectoCil Tint Remover. Warning – Tint Remover must not come into contact with the eyelashes or the immediate area around the eyes. Gently remove the protective papers in the direction of the eye. Remove any excess tint with dry cotton. If excess tint still remains, remove it with water and cotton.
