The creamy color stabilizer RefectoCil Oxidant 3% 10 vol. Cream is used to stabilize RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash colors. The oxidant is mixed with the dye to achieve the desired coloring effect. A 100 ml pack is sufficient for approx. 150 applications. For professional use only! Eyes must remain closed until completely cleansed! Use: 1) First, remove make-up and degrease the lashes and eyebrows with RefectoCil Eye Make-up Remover for best results. Lashes and eyebrows must be perfectly clean and dry. 2) Use Aldiren Beauty & Elegance protective pads, apply RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream Tube to the lower eyelid, as well as to the underside of the protective paper. Place the protective paper as close to the lashes as possible so that as little color as possible gets onto the skin. 3) In a plastic bowl, mix 15–20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Cream with 2 cm of dye using the enclosed stick. 4) Apply the dye to the eyelashes using the RefectoCil stick or the angled RefectoCil Cosmetic Brush until they are completely covered with color. If you want to apply the color to the eyebrows, apply it with the RefectoCil stick or the angled RefectoCil Cosmetic Brush in the direction of hair growth. 5) Leave on for 5–10 minutes, depending on the intensity you want. 6) Wipe off the excess color with cotton. If the color gets onto the skin, remove it quickly with RefectoCil Tint Remover. Warning – Tint Remover must not get on the eyelashes or in the immediate vicinity of the eyes. 7) Gently remove the protective papers in the direction of the eye. Remove excess color with dry cotton. If any excess color remains, remove it with water and cotton.
