Use

• Before each lighting, gently remove any excess charred material from the wick.
• On the first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the vessel to minimise tunnelling.
• Stop using the candle once approximately 1 cm of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.

Proper wick care and the first wax pool will help you minimise tunnelling and discontinue use of the candle at the right time.
