Regular massages with Perineal Massage Oil increase the chance of delivering without an episiotomy. The oil composition, based on the finest almond oil and wheat germ oil, contains a high amount of vitamin E, relaxing the perineal tissue and increasing its elasticity.

Massaging the tissue also improves its blood circulation, thereby enhancing its suppleness.

A blend of natural essential oils is specially designed for the sensitive perineal area to support the product's effectiveness.

Usage:

During perineal massage, it is important to massage the perineum, the area between the anus and the vaginal opening, not only externally but also internally. Massages should also be performed in the area of the vaginal entrance – this is the area most stressed during childbirth.

During the massage, a woman inserts her thumb about 2 cm into the vagina and gently stretches this area towards the anus. Simultaneously, she massages the perineum externally with her fingers. The perineal tissue should be massaged daily for 5-10 minutes from the 34th week of pregnancy. Note: Do not perform perineal massages if there is a tendency towards premature contractions.
