TIO TIOBRUSH Replacement Heads Soft in the Living Ocean colour variant are designed for users of the TIOBRUSH manual toothbrush with a replaceable head. The soft, rounded bristles are particularly suitable for sensitive gums.

Key Benefits

• Soft bristles of the Soft variant are designed especially for people with sensitive gums.
• Rounded bristle tips promote gentleness towards the gums.
• The replacement mechanism reduces waste by approximately 70% with each replacement.
• The extended design keeps the connecting gap outside the mouth area and limits contact of any deposits with the body.

You get a gentle option for sensitive gums that allows you to replace only the worn part of the toothbrush.

Composition

• The head body material is based on FSC-certified wood.
• The head material is certified as compostable according to EN 13432 and ASTM D 6400.
• The head is certified as BPA-free and contains no harmful plasticisers.
• The bristles are made from raw materials based on castor oil.

Both the head and bristles use materials based on renewable plant sources.

Use and Dosage

Use the heads as refills for the TIOBRUSH manual toothbrush with a replaceable head. Release the worn head using the pin on the underside of the new head by pressing it into the recess on the back of the toothbrush.

According to the manufacturer, two heads last approximately 4 to 6 months of use. Dispose of used heads in general household waste, not in organic waste.

One pack allows you to continuously renew your toothbrush by replacing the head alone.

Packaging and Volume

• 2 replacement heads Soft in the Living Ocean colour variant
• Packaging made from FSC-certified cardboard
• The cardboard packaging is recyclable.
• The heads are fully manufactured and packaged in southern Germany.

About the Brand

The TIO brand was founded in 2015 by designers Fabian and Benjamin. Its first toothbrush was designed from the outset with a replaceable head. The small Berlin-based team focuses on dental care made from plant-based materials, combining materials research with resource-conscious design during development. They also collaborate with materials researchers to find plant-based alternatives to plastics derived from fossil raw materials.

TIO builds its products on replaceable solutions, plant-based materials, and a commitment to conserving resources.
