Terranova Health B-Complex & Vitamin C is a dietary supplement for adults containing B vitamins, vitamin C, minerals and the Magnifood complex. It contains folate in the form of calcium L-methylfolate and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin. It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans and should be taken with food.

• Two capsules contain 540 mg of the Magnifood complex, comprising 250 mg of stabilised rice bran, 50 mg each of rhodiola, Siberian ginseng and ashwagandha, 25 mg each of green oat, alfalfa, parsley and dandelion, and 20 mg each of beetroot and pumpkin seed.
• Two capsules provide 250 mg of vitamin C in the form of calcium and magnesium ascorbate, 50 mg of magnesium and 25 mg of calcium.
• The B vitamin content per two capsules includes 30 mg of pantothenic acid, 25 mg of niacin, 20 mg of vitamin B1 and 20 mg of vitamin B2.
• Two capsules also contain 12 mg of vitamin B6, of which 6 mg as pyridoxine hydrochloride and 6 mg as pyridoxal-5-phosphate.
• The formula is further complemented by 200 µg of folate as calcium L-methylfolate, 50 µg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and 50 µg of biotin as D-biotin.
• Two capsules also provide 30 mg of inositol and 15 mg of VitaCholine choline bitartrate.
• The product contains no wheat, soy, yeast, dairy or animal ingredients, gelatine, added sugar, colours, flavourings, preservatives, fillers or binders.

Use and Dosage

Adults take 1–2 capsules daily with food.
