Chanel Allure Homme is a fresh, spicy and woody eau de toilette for men. The harmonious and balanced composition combines bergamot and vetiver with the warm notes of Venezuelan tonka bean and cistus labdanum.

Fragrance and Composition

The top notes consist of bergamot, lavender, peach, ginger, lemon and mandarin. The heart reveals cedar, patchouli, pepper, rosewood, anise, freesia, gardenia, jasmine, rose and vetiver. The base contains sandalwood, tonka bean, musk, amber, benzoin, oakmoss, vanilla, coconut and leather. The composition is further enhanced by black pepper from Madagascar.

About the Brand

Gabrielle "Coco" Chanel opened the Chanel Modes millinery boutique at 21 rue Cambon in 1910. The first CHANEL fragrance was N°5, created in collaboration between Gabrielle Chanel and perfumer Ernest Beaux, and launched in 1921.

Jacques Polge joined CHANEL in 1978 as the third perfumer of the house, following Ernest Beaux and Henri Robert. He created, among others, the Allure, Coco, Chance and Bleu fragrance lines.
