About the Brand

Ecoalf is a Spanish brand founded in 2009 by Javier Goyeneche. Its name and concept were inspired by the birth of his sons Alfred and Álvaro. The founding goal was to create recycled products with quality and design comparable to high-quality products made from non-recycled materials.

The first collection was launched in 2012 after three years of research and development. That same year, the brand opened its first flagship store in Madrid. In 2015, the Ecoalf Foundation was established to support the Upcycling the Oceans project.
