Sensai Absolute Silk Cleansing Milk is a facial cleansing and makeup-removing milk designed for evening removal of makeup and oil-soluble impurities. The product from the ABSOLUTE SILK range is suitable as the first step of the SENSAI two-phase cleansing routine.

Formulation

The emulsion formula uses plant-based oils dispersed in a network of starch-derived thickeners.

• Contains squalane, jojoba oil Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil, and olive oil Olea Europaea Fruit Oil.
• The INCI lists hydrolysed silk protein Hydrolyzed Silk.
• Among the first ingredients in the formula are water, glycerin, and butylene glycol.
• The product is fragranced; the fragrance ingredients listed include methyldihydrojasmonate and tetramethyl acetyloctahydronaphthalenes.

The combination of an emulsion formula and plant-based oils allows oil-based impurities to be dissolved during application.

Usage and Dosage

Sensai recommends using the milk in the evening. Remove contact lenses before application.

• Dispense approximately 3 ml — two to three pump presses — into the palm of your hand or onto a cotton pad.
• Spread the milk across the entire face.
• Pay extra attention to the area around the nostrils.
• Once the makeup and impurities have dissolved, gently wipe away the product with a tissue or cotton pads.
• When double cleansing, follow up with the Micro Mousse Wash foam.

The recommended method allows makeup and oil-based impurities to be dissolved first, then the milk to be gently wiped away.
