This fragrance from the Invictus collection was launched in 2025 and carries an official concentration of Parfum Intense. Its composition was created by perfumers Anne Flipo and Caroline Dumur. It belongs to the amber-woody fragrance family, and its concept draws on the clash between fresh waves and warm volcanic rock.

According to the manufacturer, amber creates a second-skin effect, while sandalwood lends the composition a sensual woody base. The distinctive trail is built on the contrast between pepper, grey amber and sandalwood.

You get an intense masculine scent signature in which spicy pepper meets amber and a layered woody base.

Packaging

The bottle features a matte black finish complemented by a glossy cap. The trophy-inspired design incorporates a sculpted letter V inspired by black volcanic rock, with a golden V at the top.

About the Brand

Monsieur Rabanne presented his first spring–summer collection in 1966. The fashion house's debut show took place on 1 February of that year at the Hotel George V in Paris. The founding collection featured rhodoid lamellae and discs linked by metal rings.

The brand's first fragrance, Calandre, was launched in 1969. The fashion and fragrance house later simplified the name Paco Rabanne to Rabanne; the new typography references the archival design of the Calandre fragrance.
