About the Brand

The Caudalie story began in the vineyards of Château Smith Haut Lafitte near Bordeaux. Founded by Mathilde and Bertrand Thomas, the brand launched its first three products featuring grape seed polyphenols in 1995. The Thé des Vignes body range is inspired by the Eau Fraîche Thé des Vignes fragrance, created in 2011 by Mathilde Thomas in collaboration with perfumer Jacques Cavallier.
