About the Brand

Maison Valentino was officially founded by Valentino Garavani and Giancarlo Giammetti in 1960. Valentino Garavani opened his first atelier as early as 1959 on Via Condotti in Rome, and his first haute couture collection was named Ibis.

The fragrance bears the name of the fashion house rooted in Valentino Garavani's Roman atelier.
