Key Benefits

Each cartridge has five diamond-like coating blades. The blades are described as low cutting force blades and provide a longer-lasting shave than the Venus Original system.

The microcomb helps lift hairs and guide them toward the blades. The 360° moisture strip surrounding the blades is activated by water and helps protect the skin from scratches and cuts.

SkinCushion technology supports smoother gliding over the skin and, according to the manufacturer, helps protect against shaving-induced irritation. The pivoting head is designed for more precise shaving of hard-to-reach areas.

The cartridge design combines longer-lasting results with skin protection and more precise shaving of challenging areas.

Composition

• The SkinCushion strip contains vitamin E for smoother gliding over the skin.

Use and Dosage

• Wet the cartridge before shaving to activate the moisture strip.
• Use a sufficient amount of shaving gel or cream.
• Guide the razor in the direction of hair growth and avoid pressing too hard.

Proper wetting and gentle guiding of the razor will allow you to make full use of the cartridge's protective features without applying unnecessary pressure to the skin.

About the Brand

The product is part of the Gillette Venus line and is manufactured by Procter & Gamble. Venus was launched in 2001 as the first razor designed by Gillette specifically for women.

During development, the brand took into account the differences between male and female shaving, including ergonomics for use in the shower and the rounded shape of the cartridge. The history of the Gillette replacement system dates back to 1901, when King C. Gillette patented a shaving system with a permanent handle and a replaceable blade.

The Venus line is based on a razor system designed with the female body and method of use in mind.
