Use and Dosage

Use the interdental brush once a day, preferably in the evening. Insert it gently into the space between the teeth and never force it through. Move it back and forth gently a few times in each interdental space.

The angled head can be used on both the outer and inner sides of the back teeth. The brushes can also be used for cleaning around implants, crowns, bridges, brackets and wires of orthodontic appliances.

Regular gentle movements allow you to clean the interdental spaces and the area around fixed elements without forcing the brush.
