Use and dosage

TePe recommends using the interdental brush every day. When inserting it, rotate it slightly and then move it back and forth several times. Rinse the brush with water during and after use. Do not force it into the interdental space.

The correct technique involves inserting without force, making several back-and-forth movements and rinsing with water.
