Xerjoff Jabir unisex perfume delivers a floral-woody profile built on the contrast between Bulgarian rose and the animalic Laotian Buaya oud. The composition is designed for both women and men and pays tribute to Arabic perfumery and the scholar Jabir ibn Hayyan.

Scent and Composition

Jābir belongs to the K Collection and was introduced in 2023. Its olfactory structure combines florals, spices, woody notes, musk and vanilla:

• Top notes: freesia, pink pepper and violet
• Heart notes: lily of the valley, peony and Bulgarian rose
• Base notes: Laotian oud, Haitian vetiver, Singapore patchouli, musk and Madagascar vanilla

According to the manufacturer, Bulgarian rose is the defining floral note. It is contrasted by the Laotian Buaya oud with its animalic character. The first three items in the declared composition are Alcohol Denat., Parfum (Fragrance) and Aqua (Water); also present are Pogostemon cablin patchouli oil, rose flower oil or extract, and Atlas cedar oil or extract.

You receive a layered unisex composition in which the prominent rose is balanced by oud, vetiver, patchouli, musk and vanilla.

About the Brand

Xerjoff was founded by Sergio Momo and Dominique Salvo in 2007 in Turin, Italy. That same year, the brand launched its first collection, 17/17 Stone Label. In 2009, it revived the historic Italian perfume house Casamorati, originally founded in Bologna in 1888.

The distinctive cap of Xerjoff flacons draws inspiration from the ancient Egyptian red crown of Deshret.

Jābir is thus part of the work of a brand with Turinese roots and a history developed since 2007.
