About the Brand

The brand was founded by Paco Rabanne in 1966, with Calandre as its first women's fragrance. Puig has held the licence for the beauty side of the brand since 1968 and acquired the entire business, including fashion and accessories, in 1987. In 2023, the brand adopted a new visual identity and shortened its name to Rabanne.

The Fame set thus belongs to the women's fragrance line of a brand with a history dating back to 1966.
