About the brand

Swiss Arabian was founded by Hussein Adam Ali in 1974. The brand describes itself as the first perfume house established in the United Arab Emirates, combining Arabic fragrance motifs with Swiss technique and innovation. Its name references a historic collaboration with fragrance ingredient manufacturer Givaudan.

The number 01 in the Heritage collection reflects Swiss Arabian's position as the first perfume manufacturer in the United Arab Emirates. The brand states that it produces all its fragrances there and does not test them on animals.
