About the Brand

The fashion house was founded by Paco Rabanne in 1966, and in the same year he presented his first spring/summer collection. His first fragrance was Calandre, launched in 1969.

Puig has held the licence for the beauty and fragrance division of the brand since 1968, and acquired the entire Paco Rabanne business, including fashion and accessories, in 1987. In 2023, the brand refreshed its visual identity and shortened its name to Rabanne.
