The composition belongs to the ambery, aromatic, and woody fragrance family. It opens with lavender and cedar needles or leaves, a combination described by the manufacturer as refreshing and cooling in character. It then transitions to apple, mandarin, and nutmeg. About the Brand

The Mercedes-Benz brand was formed in 1926 through the merger of the traditions of companies associated with Carl Benz and Gottlieb Daimler. The combined trademark featuring the Mercedes star and the Benz laurel wreath was registered on 21 August 1926.

The first Mercedes-Benz men's fragrance was presented on 19 September 2011 at the TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes. The first fragrance line was created in collaboration with the INCC group and was set to enter specialist perfumeries in the first quarter of 2012.

Mercedes-Benz Parfums states its collaboration with French glassmakers using recycled and recyclable glass.

Ultimate thus continues the Mercedes-Benz men's fragrance line, whose first scent was introduced in 2011.
