About the brand

The history of Mauboussin dates back to 1827, when Monsieur Rocher opened a jewellery workshop in Rue Greneta in Paris. Maison Noury was awarded a medal at the Paris World Exhibition in 1878. Georges Mauboussin took over the management of his uncle's workshops in 1883 and gained exclusive control of the business in 1898. In 1928, the brand opened branches in New York, London and Buenos Aires.
