Use and Dosage

• Use 3–5 drops in a diffuser.
• Add 5–10 drops onto salt in an inhaler.
• For evening inhalation, apply one drop to the corner of a pillow or onto a handkerchief placed beside the bed.
• Add to a bath pre-mixed with a carrier oil or milk.
• For massage, dilute 6 drops in 30 ml of vegetable oil and apply to the neck, wrists or soles of the feet.

Dosage can easily be adjusted to your chosen method of use, from scenting a room to a diluted massage.
