About the Brand

The Jimmy Choo brand was founded in 1996 by Professor Jimmy Y. Choo and Tamara Yeardye, now known as Tamara Mellon. Its roots trace back to Jimmy Choo's bespoke shoemaking atelier in East London in the 1980s.

The collections are created in the London studio under the direction of creative director Sandra Choi. The brand's products are largely produced in Florence, Italy.
