Neroli in the olfactory profile is produced by distilling orange blossom flowers. Tuberose is hand-harvested predominantly in India and processed on-site into concrete and absolute. The absolute from Jasminum grandiflorum originates mainly from India, where the flowers are picked at dawn.

The fragrance was inspired by the story of the challenge to build the Bagatelle château in the Bois de Boulogne in fewer than 64 days.

Packaging

• The bottle contains 75 ml of eau de parfum.
• This variant is fitted with a spray.
• The inverted heart-shaped bottle was designed by Raymond Guerlain in 1912.
• It is adorned with ornamental curves typical of Art Nouveau and a hollow heart-shaped cap.

The spray allows you to apply the fragrance by misting, while the heart motif connects the shape of the bottle with its cap.

About the Brand

Founder Pierre-François-Pascal Guerlain opened the brand's first boutique on the rue de Rivoli in Paris in 1828. In 1853, he presented Eau de Cologne Impériale to Empress Eugénie and was awarded the title of official perfumer to Her Majesty.

Guerlain's areas of expertise include fragrances, skincare, decorative cosmetics and spa treatments. The brand has been developing its spa experience since 1939.

Jardins de Bagatelle thus continues the fragrance tradition of the house, whose origins date back to 1828.
