About the Brand

The Guerlain house was founded by Pierre-François-Pascal Guerlain with the opening of the first Paris boutique on rue de Rivoli in 1828. Following the creation of Eau de Cologne Impériale, he was granted the title of official perfumer to Her Majesty in 1853.

Since 1828, five generations have contributed to the house's creative output. Guerlain manufactures its products in its own factories in France and in 2005 received the French Living Heritage Company recognition for its craft know-how.
