About the Brand

Ecoalf was founded in 2009 by Javier Goyeneche, who also serves as the brand's president. The original mission was to create recycled products that match the quality and design of products made from non-recycled materials.

In 2018, Ecoalf became the first Spanish fashion company to receive B Corp certification. The Ecoalf Foundation was established in 2015 to support the Upcycling the Oceans project, which works with the fishing industry to collect marine waste and transform it into yarns and textiles.
