Plant-based color Passionate Bordeaux is designed for light brown, dark brown and black hair. The result will be a dark rusty to reddish shade on lighter hair, a rich cherry color on medium dark hair and red highlights on dark brown and black hair. On grey hair the color will be lighter and the overall effect will give the impression of highlighted hair. After repeated application of henna, the resulting color will be slightly more intense than the first time.

Application:

Mix the powder with warm water into a smooth paste – with a consistency resembling thick yogurt, so it applies easily and does not drip. Apply the paste to clean, ideally towel-dried hair. Divide the hair into sections and apply strand by strand from roots to lengths; for longer hair, take care to ensure thorough saturation. Then cover the hair with foil or a cap and wrap in a towel to keep the mixture warm – warmth often helps develop the intensity of the tone. Leave on according to how intense a result you want (generally: the longer, the more pronounced the shade). Then rinse the hair thoroughly with clean water until the water runs clear. It is advisable to use shampoo only after a delay, as the plant pigments may still be "settling" and the resulting tone may deepen slightly within 24–48 hours. If you want more control over the result, we recommend a strand test – especially after previous chemical coloring or lightening.

Henna layers in the hair and after each coloring you will achieve a more radiant and pronounced color. Compared to chemical dyes, Henna nourishes, feeds and does not damage hair the way chemical dyes do.
