About the Brand

The brand was founded by Paco Rabanne in 1966, with its first fragrance being the women's Calandre in 1969. Puig has held the licence for the brand's cosmetics and fragrance division since 1968 and acquired the entire Paco Rabanne business in 1987.

In 2023, the brand adopted the shortened name Rabanne, introduced a new visual identity and launched its first makeup line. It operates across the fashion, fragrance and makeup segments.
