Fragrance and Composition

This woody aromatic composition has an Eau de Toilette Intense concentration. Its individual layers consist of:

• top note: cardamom,
• heart note: cedarwood and the aquatic accord Calone,
• base note: vetiver and patchouli.

The fragrance was launched in 2022 and was created by perfumer Marie Salamagne.

Both the bottle and the outer box are largely recyclable; for the box, this figure does not include the cellophane.

About the Brand

Issey Miyake founded Miyake Design Studio in April 1970. The first ISSEY MIYAKE store was opened in Tokyo in 1974, and the first international store followed in Paris in 1975. The brand's first fragrance, L'Eau d'Issey, was created in collaboration between Miyake Design Studio and the French company BPI and was launched in March 1992.
