About the Brand

The Jimmy Choo brand was founded in 1996. J. Choo Limited was established by Professor Jimmy Y. K. Choo and Tamara Yeardye, later known as Tamara Mellon. Its roots trace back to Jimmy Choo's bespoke shoemaking atelier in east London.

Sandra Choi joined the company in 1996 as one of its founding directors and leads the design of the collections. The brand's offering includes footwear, handbags, accessories, jewellery, eyewear and fragrances for women and men. The first fragrance, Jimmy Choo Signature, was launched in 2011. Products are designed in the London studio and predominantly crafted in Florence, Italy.
