Application:

Before the first application, I recommend performing a compatibility test and ideally a strand test as well – especially if your hair is lightened, highlighted, or very porous. Apply the gloss to clean, towel-dried hair. Use gloves and divide the hair into sections so that the cream reaches everywhere evenly. Start the application at the roots, then continue to the lengths and ends; with longer hair, take care to ensure every strand is truly coated. Leave on according to the desired intensity – a shorter time will usually create gentle toning and suppression of unwanted warmth, while a longer time will give a more pronounced chestnut effect with a cooler undertone. After the processing time, rinse hair thoroughly until the water runs clear. If you want to enhance smoothness and shine, it is worthwhile to nourish your hair after rinsing – the colour will then appear more even and "velvety".

Toning glosses with Henna can excellently cover grey hair and there is no problem using them on chemically treated hair. If you want your hair to shine beautifully after application and retain its shape, we recommend using colour glosses with Henna. The glosses do not contain peroxide like chemical dyes, but instead contain mainly mineral substances. The colour washes out after approximately 6 hair washes.

Application: Apply the gloss evenly to damp, washed hair and leave on for 30–45 minutes. Rinse out thoroughly with water. The colour lasts 4–5 washes.

Tip: The gloss does not contain PPD.

Warning: Before use, it is advisable to perform a skin compatibility test. Do not use if you have already had an allergic reaction to any other hair dye, or if your skin is sensitive, irritated, or damaged.

Maximum caution applies to chemically lightened hair and hair that has had a perm, where it is essential to wait at least 6–8 weeks before using the gloss, and it is then advisable to shorten the application time.

For long, very thick, or extremely absorbent hair, a larger amount may be needed to achieve an even result from roots to ends.
