Product description Ecodis Anaé by Menstrual Panties Panty for Heavy Periods - Black M - Made from Certified Organic Cotton

Sewn in Europe by skilled Portuguese hands and made from comfortable certified organic cotton. These are the washable Anaé by Ecodis menstrual panties, which allow you to experience your period naturally, in complete comfort, and with the good feeling that you are giving gentle care to yourself and the planet.

Ecodis Anaé by menstrual panties Panty for heavy periods in black (size M) are designed precisely for the days when you need maximum confidence while wanting to stay comfortable. They look like ordinary, elegant underwear on the outside, but inside they conceal a functional multi-layer system designed to support you even during heavier bleeding. Certified organic cotton is gentle on the skin and pleasant to wear, which you'll especially appreciate when your body is more sensitive and any irritation is an unnecessary complication. The black colour is discreet and practical, the panty cut sits comfortably for everyday activities, and size M is a great choice for a medium body type. The feeling of security when you know you can focus on work, family, and yourself – not on your period – is an enormous relief.

They fully replace disposable pads and tampons. Menstrual panties are wonderfully breathable, give you a feeling of confidence even during heavy periods, comfortably adapt to your curves, and no one will notice that you're not wearing ordinary underwear.

The manufacturers designed the panties so that the pad is invisible from the outside. The absorbent part contains Tencel, a natural fibre that is durable, very soft, quick-drying, and extremely absorbent. The waterproof PUL-based fabric keeps fluid where it should be, and the outer layer of organic cotton provides ultimate comfort. Menstrual panties have a classic (basic) cut with a medium-rise waist.

To choose the right size, we recommend measuring yourself carefully and comparing with the table below.

How to choose the right size:

Waist cm: S - 65 / M - 70 / L - 75 / XL - 80 / XXL - 85

Hips cm: S - 88 / M - 93 / L - 98 / XL - 103 / XXL - 108

Usage:

Wash the panties before first use – this helps "activate" the absorbency and prepare the materials for full performance. Wear them like regular underwear; during heavy periods, it is common to change them during the day depending on the intensity of bleeding and the length of wear. If you want extra peace of mind, for example when travelling, at night, or during a long day without the option to change, you can also use them as a backup with a menstrual cup or tampon. After use, first rinse them in cold water until the water runs clear, then wash according to the label instructions (usually a gentle cycle). Do not use fabric softener or bleach – they can reduce the effectiveness of the absorbent layers. Ideally, air dry; high temperatures can damage the materials over time unless the manufacturer explicitly states otherwise. When you make care a simple routine, the panties will reward you with reliability and long service life.

  • Before first use, wash the menstrual panties by hand or in a washing machine at 30 degrees
  • After each use, soak for a maximum of 30 minutes in cold water
  • Then wash by hand or in a washing machine at 30 degrees with an eco-friendly detergent
  • Do not use fabric softener or stain remover
  • Do not tumble dry, dry on a radiator, or iron the panties
  • Heat can damage the technical fabric
  • Air dry and reuse.

Packaging:

The package contains 1 pc of Anaé by Ecodis menstrual panties in the Panty cut, absorbency designed for heavy periods, black colour, size M. If you want true stress-free comfort, it often pays to buy several pairs for rotation – for example 3–6 depending on the length of your cycle and how often you can do laundry. It's practical to have one pair ready in your handbag or backpack (perhaps in a waterproof pouch) so you feel at ease even away from home. The black design is also discreet and goes with any outfit, so you don't have to limit what you wear. It's great to have a "safety net" on hand, thanks to which even heavier days can be managed with much greater ease.

Additional info:

With menstrual panties, the right size is key: they should fit snugly but comfortably – without constriction, yet without gaps in the groin area that can reduce the feeling of security. I recommend following the manufacturer's size chart and your measurements; if you are between sizes, consider whether you prefer a firmer fit (go smaller) or looser comfort (go larger). During heavy periods, it's proven helpful to plan changes during the day and carry a spare pair – this gives you peace of mind even when you're facing a longer journey, a demanding shift, or a schedule where you don't want to deal with anything. To maintain absorbency, avoid fabric softener, oil-based soaps, and aggressive products; a gentle detergent and timely rinsing will do the most good. When you feel protected and comfortable during your period, your energy returns for everything else you love.
