Product description Ecodis Anaé by Menstrual Panties Panty for Light Periods - Black XL - Made from Certified Organic Cotton

Sewn in Europe by skilled Portuguese hands and made from comfortable certified organic cotton. These are the washable Anaé by Ecodis menstrual panties, which allow you to experience your period naturally, in absolute comfort, and with the good feeling that you are giving gentle care to yourself and to the planet.

Ecodis Anaé by menstrual panties Panty for light periods in black (size M) are designed for days when you mainly want peace, confidence, and freedom of movement – without constantly checking if "everything is fine." They are sewn from certified organic cotton, so they feel pleasant on the body and also make sense for those of you who try to choose more responsibly and with consideration for skin sensitivity. The panty cut is comfortable for everyday wear, the black colour is practical and discreet, and overall the panties look like regular underwear – just with a smart functional layer inside. They are suitable for light periods, spotting, or as a backup to other menstrual products when you want an extra "safety net." The feeling that you can head to work, to a meeting, or for a walk without having to monitor yourself all day is wonderfully liberating.

They fully replace disposable pads and tampons. Menstrual panties are wonderfully breathable, give you a sense of confidence even during light periods, comfortably adapt to your curves, and no one will notice that you're not wearing regular underwear. To select the right size, we recommend measuring yourself carefully and comparing with the table below.

The manufacturers designed the panties so that the pad is invisible from the outside. The absorbent part contains Tencel, a natural fibre that is durable, very soft, quick-drying, and extremely absorbent. The waterproof PUL-based fabric keeps fluid where it should be, and the outer layer of organic cotton provides ultimate comfort. Menstrual panties are of a classic (basic) cut with a medium-rise waist.

How to choose the right size:

Waist cm: S - 65 / M - 70 / L - 75 / XL - 80 / XXL - 85

Hips cm: S - 88 / M - 93 / L - 98 / XL - 103 / XXL - 108

Usage:

Before first use, wash the panties so the materials "settle" and the panties are ready to perform at their best. Wear them just like regular underwear; for light periods, they usually suffice on their own, or they can serve as a complement to a tampon or cup (e.g., at night or while travelling). After use, it is recommended to first rinse the panties in cold water until the water runs clear, and only then wash them. Ideally wash on a gentle cycle (often 30 °C, or as per the label), without fabric softener and without bleach – fabric softener can reduce the effectiveness of the absorbent layers. Dry preferably by air-drying, not on a heater and not in a tumble dryer, unless the manufacturer explicitly states it is possible. Once you adopt the simple routine of "rinse–wash–let dry," the panties will serve you well for a long time and caring for them will be surprisingly easy.

  • Before first use, wash the menstrual panties by hand or in a washing machine at 30 degrees
  • After each use, soak for a maximum of 30 minutes in cold water
  • Then wash by hand or in a washing machine at 30 degrees with an ecological detergent
  • Do not use fabric softener or stain remover
  • Do not dry the panties in a tumble dryer or on a radiator and do not iron them.
  • Heat can damage the technical fabric
  • Air dry and reuse.

Packaging:

The package contains 1 pc of Anaé by Ecodis menstrual panties in the Panty variant, absorbency designed for light periods, black colour, size M. Thanks to the fact that this is a reusable product, your regular menstrual "inventory" gradually changes – fewer disposable products, fewer last-minute purchases, and less stress when your period catches you off guard. The panties are handy to have at home, in your handbag, or in your luggage when travelling; the black colour is also practical for everyday wear, as it looks subtle and elegant. If you are considering how many pairs to get, for light periods it often makes sense to have at least 2–3 pairs in rotation (depending on cycle length and washing possibilities). It's wonderful to know that you have reliable underwear ready to support you whenever you need it.

Additional info:

Size XL should be selected according to your measurements and the manufacturer's size chart; with menstrual panties, the correct size is crucial because comfort and a snugger fit in the groin area help the panties function as they should. If you are between two sizes, it often depends on preference: if you want a more snug feel, choose the smaller one; if you prefer a looser comfort, consider the larger one. To maintain functionality, avoid fabric softener, oil-based soaps, and aggressive stain removers; for any stains, a gentle washing gel and prompt rinsing with cold water tend to be gentler. And if you want even more confidence on a heavier day, you can combine the panties as a backup – peace of mind sometimes makes just as big a difference as the absorbency itself. When you feel comfortable and safe during your period, you regain the energy to focus on what truly matters.
