Usage

When inserting, wash your hands, fold the cup (e.g., into a "C" shape, "punch-down," etc.), and insert it into the vagina so that it opens correctly and seals upon release. Proper placement is indicated by comfort – the cup should not press or "sit" too low. The softer variant may sometimes require a slight twist or gentle "bend" with a finger to fully open; a brief pelvic floor squeeze and release can also help. The cup can typically be worn for several hours (depending on the flow), then remove, empty, rinse, and reinsert. Always remove by first releasing the suction by pressing the bottom of the cup (or "break" the seal with a finger) before pulling out. Between cycles, thoroughly sterilize the cup; the included sterilization cup allows convenient boiling/sterilization according to instructions.
