Usage

Use the blend externally only and always in small amounts. Ideally, apply as part of a gentle tummy massage: warm one to two drops between your fingers/palms and gently massage the tummy in circular motions (usually clockwise), without pressure and haste. You can combine the massage with a calm environment, warmth (e.g., warm hands), and a regular rhythm – this is often soothing for the baby. The blend can also be used on the feet or back if that feels more comfortable and the child better tolerates touch outside the tummy area. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and irritated or broken skin. For very young children, I recommend starting with the lowest dose and observing the skin's reaction; if redness or irritation occurs, stop using it. If the child has a fever, vomits, has blood in the stool, worsens significantly, or you have any concerns, do not delay professional examination.
