You can help your little one with a nice massage. This blend is suitable for babies from 3 months. Usage: Children under 1 year apply 1 drop of essential oil blend to the soles of the feet. Repeat 1-2 times daily for 1-3 weeks. Children 1-2 years of age, apply 2 drops of the essential oil blend to the chest and upper back. Repeat 3 times daily for 1-3 weeks. Children 2-6 years apply 4-5 drops of the essential oil blend to the chest and upper back. Repeat 3-4 times daily for 1-3 weeks. For external use only, apply to skin.
