Product description Ecodis La Droguerie Ecologique by Universal Black Soap BIO (1 l)

100% natural black soap with high concentration (12%) has a syrupy consistency and can replace a whole range of common cleaning products. It degreases, removes stubborn stains, and you can even wash laundry with it by hand or in the washing machine.

This soap cleans and polishes all types of surfaces in the household, washes dishes, and you can also use it in the garden or for caring for your pet's coat. The soap is simply absolutely universal, very economical, and gentle on our planet. It contains BIO linseed oil and its quality is guaranteed by Ecocert certification.

Are you looking for one reliable product that can handle cleaning throughout the household while also giving you a good feeling with every use? Ecodis La Droguerie Ecologique by Universal Black Soap BIO (1 l) is a practical helper for everyday cleaning as well as "deep cleaning" when you want your home clean quickly, effectively, and without unnecessary chemicals. Black soap is a traditional universal product that people have come to love for its versatility – it can handle grease and everyday dirt while being gentle on surfaces and your hands (with regular use). Thanks to its concentration, it is very economical, so it will last you a long time and won't clutter your bathroom with dozens of different bottles. The feeling when one product is enough and your home gradually transforms into a clean, fragrant, and peaceful place is priceless.

Usage:

Universal black soap can be used for a wide range of cleaning tasks: washing floors, tiles, kitchen surfaces, countertops, wall tiles, doors, some furniture, or commonly washable surfaces. It is usually diluted in warm water depending on the level of soiling – for regular cleaning, a small amount is sufficient; for grease or more stubborn dirt, you can increase the dose or use it concentrated on a sponge. Apply, let it work briefly, and wipe off. For sensitive materials (e.g., untreated wood, special surface finishes), I recommend testing on an inconspicuous area first. After cleaning, lengthy rinsing is generally not necessary, but for kitchen surfaces that come into contact with food, it is advisable to wipe the surface with clean water at the end. When you see the grease loosening and the surface shining with cleanliness, a pleasant feeling of "I've got this under control" sets in.

For floor washing:

  • Tiled, ceramic, laminate, marble, wooden, slate, or linoleum floors.
  • Dissolve 2 to 3 tablespoons of black soap in 5 liters of warm water.
  • Wash the floor as you normally would.
  • Waxed or oiled floors should be washed only with lukewarm water to avoid damaging their protective layer.
  • Black soap contains linseed oil, which leaves a nourishing, protective, and slightly glossy film on the surface.

For dishes:

Tip 1 - Make your own DIY dishwashing liquid:

In an empty plastic bottle (e.g., from a used-up dishwashing liquid), mix half a glass of black soap, 2 tablespoons of baking soda, 10 drops of your favorite essential oil, and 500 ml of lukewarm water. Use it to scrub dishes, even greasy pans or baking trays: Apply a few drops of soap on a sponge and start scrubbing the soiled surface. For stubborn dirt, you can try combining black soap with clay paste. For copper, brass, and silver dishes and cutlery: During regular washing, soak them for 10 minutes in lukewarm water with 4 to 5 tablespoons of black soap. Then remove them and do not rinse. Simply wipe them dry. For dirty household surfaces:

For mildly soiled and greasy surfaces, dissolve 1 tablespoon of black soap in 2 liters of lukewarm water.

Tip 2 - Make your own DIY universal cleaner:

Prepare a one-liter bottle with a spray nozzle. Mix in it a tablespoon of black soap, one part fermented alcohol vinegar, and two parts water. Add a few drops of essential oil. Use it to clean windows, tiles, sinks, ceramic surfaces, etc. For greasy stains on the stove, countertop, or in the oven, don't hesitate to use black soap completely undiluted. Apply and scrub with a damp sponge. Then rinse with hot water. For laundry:

Tip 3 - Make your own DIY laundry gel:

1 part black soap mixed in 3 parts hot water. Add 1/4 part washing soda (depending on water hardness). For a nice aroma, you can also add a few drops of your favorite essential oil. Mix everything well. For 5 kilos of dirty laundry, use 1 glass of DIY laundry detergent. For stubborn stains, apply a few drops of undiluted black soap before washing. Let it work for 30 minutes, rub it in by hand, and put it in the wash.

For the garden:

In addition to tool maintenance, black soap also takes care of plants, and BIO gardeners know it very well. A spray (1 liter of lukewarm water with 2 tablespoons of soap) made from black soap can protect roses, outdoor, and indoor plants. Pet care:

Black soap can be used as a shampoo for dogs or horses. For claw or hoof maintenance. Final note: The soap is not toxic to humans or the environment. Do not swallow. Store out of reach of children and ideally at a temperature between 8 and 30 degrees Celsius.

Packaging:

The 1-liter volume is ideal for households where cleaning is done regularly and where real longevity is appreciated. A larger package means less frequent repurchasing and more peace of mind in everyday life. The bottle stores well, and thanks to the liquid consistency, the soap is easy to dispense into a bucket, sprayer, or directly onto a sponge. For even more convenient use, you can pour some into a smaller dispensing bottle and keep the rest as a supply. It's great to know that when something "for cleaning" runs out at home, you're prepared – and even more eco-friendly at that.

Volume 1 l

Ingredients:

Universal black soap is based on a plant-based soap base made from BIO ingredients, designed to effectively dissolve grease while being versatile for use throughout the household. It typically consists of saponified plant oils and natural auxiliary ingredients that ensure cleaning ability and product stability. Water (min. 30 %), potassium soap with flaxseed oil (5-15 %), salt (max. 5 %), bicarbonate of soda (max. 5 %)Volume: 1 l

Additional info:

Black soap is a great choice for those of you who want to simplify cleaning and reduce the number of different products. It is also excellent for households with children or pets, as it promotes cleanliness without a "chemical cocktail" and unnecessarily strong fragrances (depending on the specific variant). Moreover, it is a product you can customize: a weaker solution for regular wiping of dust and smudges, a stronger one for kitchen grease or dirty grout. When working, I recommend wearing gloves if you have sensitive skin or are cleaning for a long time – even gentler products can dry out skin with frequent contact. And the most beautiful thing is that a clean home then doesn't just look tidy – it feels like a place where you truly enjoy living.
