Composition

A patented protective complex combines three organic UV filters and two esters. The filters used include Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate, Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine, and Ethylhexyl Triazone.

The formula also contains rice and rosemary extracts, which the manufacturer states are used for cellular protection against photoageing. The fragrance features notes of sweet orange, tiaré flower, and vanilla.

You get a formula built on specifically listed UV filters, complemented by plant extracts.

Application and Dosage

Shake the bottle before use. Apply a sufficient amount of fluid to the entire face, avoiding the eye area. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming or towel drying.

About the Brand

Nuxe was founded by Aliza Jabès after she took over a small Parisian laboratory focused on natural cosmetics formulation in the early 1990s. Since its inception, Nuxe has had its own research and product formulation teams. The brand's production is 100% French and takes place primarily at its facility in Lécousse, Brittany. The Nuxe Sun skincare range was launched in 2013.
