About the Brand

The LEGO Group was founded in 1932 by Ole Kirk Kristiansen and the company remains in the ownership of the Kirk Kristiansen family. The name LEGO was created by combining the Danish words leg godt, meaning play well. The current structural design of the LEGO brick with inner tubes was introduced in 1958.

With this set, you get a construction toy from a brand whose family history dates back to 1932.
